Here for the Party is the debut studio album by American country music singer Gretchen Wilson. It was released on May 11, 2004, by Epic Records Nashville. The album reached the top of the US country charts in May 2004 and number 2 on the Billboard 200 album charts. Featured on the album is Wilson's breakthrough debut single, "Redneck Woman", a Number One hit on the Billboard Hot Country Singles & Tracks (now Hot Country Songs) charts. The tracks "Here for the Party", "When I Think About Cheatin'", and "Homewrecker" were also released as singles; these three singles all reached top 5 on the country charts as well. The album received four Grammy nominations: Best New Artist, Best Country Album, Best Country Song ("Redneck Woman") and Best Female Country Vocal Performance ("Redneck Woman"). Gretchen Wilson won Best Female Country Vocal Performance.

Country star Gretchen Wilson has set a May 15 release date for her third album, "One of the Boys," which will be released by Columbia in the wake Epic Nashville's closure last year. Wilson co-produced the 11-track set with Mark Wright and her Muzik Mafia mate John Rich of Big & Rich. Rich also guests on first single "Come To Bed," which has thus far topped out at No. 32 on Billboard's Hot Country Songs chart. The new album is the follow-up to 2005's "All Jacked Up," which has sold 1.2 million copies in the United States, according to Nielsen SoundScan.

Gretchen Carlson’s new two-hour documentary, “Gretchen Carlson: Breaking the Silence,” focuses not on her $20 million settlement in 2016 against the late Roger Ailes and Fox News, but on the everyday occurrences of sexual harassment that American women experience in the workplace. Including those from a fire battalion chief and a former nurse’s aide. Under particular scrutiny is the fast-food industry, specifically McDonald’s. “We wanted to showcase that part of the population, whether it be waitresses or people who work minimum wage jobs anywhere else,” Carlson told Variety, “because they tend to be on the lower end of the spectrum where they really, truly can’t afford to come forward.”

When Gretchen Wilson released One of the Boys in 2007, she took a left turn and offered as many ballads as she did straight contemporary country-rockers. The album didn’t sell as well as its two predecessors. Wilson went into the studio and cut I Got Your Country Right Here two years later – producing it with Blake Chancey and two tracks with John Rich. She felt it reflected her live shows better than her previous recordings did and would connect better with her audience.

Los Angeles based singer-songwriter Gretchen Lieberum had a vision for her latest album, This May Only Be A Dream, over ten years ago, when she first met and worked with BAFTA award winning producer and musician Keefus Ciancia. Gretchen, who also fronts the Prince tribute band Princess with actress Maya Rudolph, wanted to create an album of jazz and pop standards, songs she’d loved and performed since childhood, but deconstructed and reimagined in a modern context, with Keefus in particular producing and arranging: “There was really no one else I wanted to do this project with besides Keefus.
