Nel 1904 Friedrich Huch pubblicò, sotto l’influsso del filosofo Ludwig Klages, la raccolta Träume (Sogni), documento fondativo di un nuovo genere letterario, il protocollo onirico. Il libretto, contenente cento sogni dell’autore, aveva la pretesa di porsi come testimonianza delle più autentiche “espressioni della coscienza notturna”. Uno studio condotto sul lascito di Huch ha tuttavia dimostrato che questo materiale è stato oggetto di numerosi tagli e rimaneggiamenti. Il presente volume porta alla luce sogni inediti dell’autore che sono stati esclusi dalla pubblicazione, così come numerose annotazioni che hanno subito interventi invasivi e censure, permettendo al lettore di addentrarsi in un mondo più autentico, ma anche più contorto. Infatti questi testi, espressione intima dell’autore, mettono in luce le problematiche alla base del processo creativo e dell’annotazione di sogni, da Huch definiti “gli oscuri germogli delle azioni coscienti”.

"L'ultima estate" è quella trascorsa dal Governatore di San Pietroburgo nella sua dimora di campagna, dove si è inutilmente rifugiato per proteggere sé e la sua famiglia. Since 1991, a complete edition of all recordings in which Karlheinz Stockhausen has personally participated is being released on compact discs. Each CD in this series is identified by Stockhausen's signature followed by an encircled number. The numbers indicate the general historical order of the works. Stockhausen realised the electronic music and participated in these recordings as conductor, performer, sound projectionist, and musical director. He personally mixed down the recordings, mastered them for CDs, wrote the texts and drew the covers.

The J.S. Bach Foundation has embarked on a remarkable undertaking: over a period of some 25 years, the Foundation will perform the complete vocal works by Johann Sebastian Bach (1685-1750). Each month, one of the over 200 Bach cantatas is performed in the idyllic town of Trogen in Appenzell, Switzerland. With a rhythm of 12 cantatas per year, the project is estimated to conclude in the year 2030. All introductory workshops, concerts and reflection lectures on the cantata texts are recorded; the texts of the lectures are published in a continually expanding Bach Anthology. The main aim of the J.S. Bach Foundation's ambitious project is to provide a living Bach experience for today's listeners and to deepen our understanding of the great composer's works.
