In The Shadow Of The Living Room is the first and only album by Jonathan (Yoni) "Why?" Wolf and David "Odd Nosdam" Madson of Ohio's Reaching Quiet. Both were part of the Anticon collective and also of the trio cLOUDDEAD with Adam "Dose One" Drucker but also decided to try a duo project that was a mixture of experimental hip-hop and lo-fi electronic sounds. This came out on the Mush label.

Dominic Lewis is reuniting with director Ari Sandel on the upcoming horror comedy Goosebumps 2: Haunted Halloween. The film starring Wendi McLendon-Covey, Madison Iseman, Jeremy Ray Taylor, Caleel Harris, Chris Parnell and Ken Jeong tells a new story based on R. L. Stine’s best-selling series of book. Rob Lieber (Peter Rabbit) wrote the screenplay. Deborah Forte (Mortal Engines, The Golden Compass) and Neal H. Moritz (Fast & Furious series, 21/22 Jump Street) are producing the project. Lewis has previously collaborated with Sandel (When We First Met) on the 2015 comedy The DUFF. Danny Elfman has scored the original 2015 Goosebumps movie. Goosebumps 2: Haunted Halloween is set to be released on October 12, 2018 by Sony Pictures.

At last there is a Haydn Stabat mater within easy reach. The piece is seldom performed and even more rarely recorded, and this despite the fact that it contains some of the composer's most rich and deeply felt writing. One of the few works not written to order (Prince Nikolaus Esterhazy was less than keen on encouraging the sacred duties of his Kapellmeister) the Stabat mater is also one Haydn himself grew to respect highly, and Trevor Pinnock's performance makes it clear why.
