Recorded at Pieater’s BellBird studio in Melbourne, the album came together over a three-year period, mostly in Melbourne, but pieces sketched all over. It was entirely written, recorded, produced and mixed by Tom Snowdon and Tom Iansek. No Mono and the pair’s debut record, "Islands part 1", is the culmination of years of songwriting and performances and draws broad influence, including from Snowdon's upbringing in the remote desert town of Alice Springs and his relationship to central Australia. It also oozes Tom Iansek's boundary-pushing production.

For his album "About Time", pianist and composer Florian Christl has written pieces for piano and string orchestra for the first time. Focusing on what is now, it is about the awareness of the inevitable fleetingness and transience of life and the ability to recognize a fragile beauty in this fleetingness," Florian Christl explains Great emotional moments orchestrated with wide-screen string sounds and intimate quiet moments portrayed in piano miniatures combine on "About Time" to create a poetic musical experience. For the recording of "About Time", Munich-based pianist and composer Florian Christl collaborated with the NDR Radiophilharmonie and conductor Ben Palmer. Special guest on the album is violinist Niklas Liepe.

Full Circle is the first new studio album in over ten years from American music icon Loretta Lynn. Produced by Patsy Lynn Russell and John Carter Cash, and recorded at the Cash Cabin Studio in Hendersonville, Tennessee, Full Circle takes listeners on a journey through Loretta's musical story, from the Appalachian folk songs and gospel music she learned as a child, to new interpretations of her classic hits and country standards, to songs newly-written for the project. Drawing inspiration from personal memories and deep connections to American music, Lynn's 13 new recordings capture the essence of these songs in intimate new performances. The album is volume one of the Cash Cabin recordings, a series of new album projects imagined and created at the storied Cash Cabin Studio.

It follows on from 2017's delightful and well received debut 'Plastic Cough'.In the Wildwood Tarot deck, the 'Four of Arrows' is adorned with a painting of man face down on the ground. The titular arrows surround him, sticking straight up from the ground but never making contact; a large butterfly hovers above him.
