Happy Easer

is a comic book metaseries written by Garth Ennis, comprising three mini-series, each illustrated by a different artist and published by Dynamite Entertainment. The completed Volume 1 thereof is divided into three self-contained mini-series of three issues each, all of which are set during WWII: the first mini-series, with artist Russell Braun, titled is set on the Eastern front and concerns a women-only Soviet bomber regiment; the second series, with artist Peter Snejbjerg, titled concerns a British nurse, who had survived rape and attempted execution by Japanese soldiers in Singapore, and her relationship with a decorated flying ace; and the third series is with artist Carlos Ezquerra, and is about an inexperienced British tank crew of Londoners in a Churchil Tank led by a Geordie veteran as they attempt to catch up with their company, enduring attacks by Nazi Tiger tanks as the Battle of Normandy rages on. A second volume of Battlefields was published in 2010 with a similar format, with two storylines being sequels to and . The other, , is also the first of these to be published, with art by P. J. Holden. As is typical of one aspect of Ennis' work, stark, granular and searing commentaries on war and its effects on the human condition. All high-quality Minutemen scans.

“Happy Killing” aka Femme Fatale is a remake of the 1998 French comedy “Serial Lover.” I haven’t seen the original, so I can’t not say how faithful “Happy Killing” stays to “Serial Lover.” What I can say about “Happy Killing” is that the movie is stupid, gross, corny, and fun, while rolled all together in a feel good Christmas Holiday setting. The movie stars Ji-won Ye last seen in the hilarious and sorely under-appreciated “Old Miss Diary.” A lot of the fun found in “Happy Killing” revolves around watching Ji-Won Ye run around in a tight form fitting dress and trying to maintain her wits, while a serious of lethal accidents occur on Christmas Eve.

Never Trust a Happy Song is the debut album by American indie rock band Grouplove. It was released on September 13, 2011 through Canvasback/Atlantic Records. The album garnered a positive reception but critics were divided on the band's musicianship and content being similar to other bands. Never Trust a Happy Song peaked at number 75 on the Billboard 200 and spawned four singles: "Colours", "Tongue Tied", "Lovely Cup" and "Itchin' on a Photograph".
