Sven Ratzke spends 48 weeks of the year touring, playing some of the most prestigious theaters, cabaret venues and festivals all over the world. In addition to Joe’s Pub, his past New York appearances include five seasons at Cafe Sabarksy at Neue Galerie and several shows at Lincoln Center. He has appeared at Edinburgh Festival and toured throughout Australia, Mexico and all of Europe. He appeared at famous venues like Berliner Ensemble, the original theater of Bertolt Brecht in Berlin, and multiple times at the Royal Concertgebouw in Amsterdam. His show Starman, with the music of David Bowie won several awards worldwide.

Following her Tony-winning Broadway run, she toured North America with Josh Groban on his Stages tour. She originated the role of Nicola in the Tony-winning musical Kinky Boots, and can be seen on HBO’s Girls, Amazon Prime’s Good Girls Revolt, and heard voicing the fan-favorite role of “Countess Coloratura” on My Little Pony. In 2018, Lena will be appearing opposite Jennifer Connelly in TNT’s science fiction epic Snowpiercer.

“This is our punk record,” says Ezra Furman, introducing his new album Twelve Nudes, yet another incendiary and inspiring classic from the singer/ songwriter/ guitarist / bandleader. “We made it in Oakland, quickly. We drank and smoked. Then we made the loud parts louder. I hurt my voice screaming. This was back in 2018, when things were bad in the world. The songs are naked with nothing to hide.”

Sex, Drugs, Rock & Roll, and Musicals shows how American culture has changed over the twentieth century, from the Roaring Twenties to the cultural chaos of the Fifties and the sexual revolution of the Sixties and Seventies, to the rebirth of the art form in the Nineties, and up to the present, exploring where we've been and where we might be heading.

Written, recorded, and mixed over three days in Joshua Tree, California, Hollywood Visit is the product of two old friends with one shared goal: have fun and attempt to capture the moment. During 13 years of friendship Dave Harrington (DARKSIDE, Taper’s Choice) and Tim Mislock (Hedwig and The Angry Inch, The Antlers) have held many roles for one another: guitar tech, producer, marriage counselor, bartender, roadie, sous chef, booking agent, superfan.
