The Story of the Weeping Camel is a work that combines hard-hitting truth with uplifting drama. A family of Gobi Desert nomads assists in the births of its camel herd. They face a crisis when one white calf is rejected by its mother after a particularly difficult birth. When all hope seems lost, the family sends its two young boys on a journey to a far-off village to fetch a musician capable of performing a magical ceremony.

An old man living in an oriental city tells the story of his life to a group of kids: He too was once a young boy by the name of Little Muck - much like them, but with better manners and a heap of problems. Having lost his father at early age, little Muck is expelled from home by his greedy relatives. He wanders off into the desert hoping to find the merchant who sells good fortune. Amidst the dunes of sand he comes across a small house owned by a wicked woman and her many cats. She wants to make Little Muck her servant, but he manages to escape by stealing a pair of magic shoes which enable him to run faster than any man in the country. Der Film behandelt die ersten sechs Jahre der Nazi-Regierung, in der Berlin eine wichtige Bedeutung zukam, die Entwicklung vom Anfang des Nationalsozialismus bis zur Diktatur mit Hilfe von Propaganda und Versprechungen an die Bevölkerung, die Gründung einer neuen deutschen Gesellschaft, die Gleichschaltung, die Olympischen Spiele 1936.

Hardy, frisch verheiratet und neuerdings auch in seinen Geschäften erfolgreich, bekommt plötzlich Besuch von einer alten Bekanntschaft, die ihm mit Erpressung droht. Stan, sein Freund und Geschäftspartner, wird beauftragt, ihm die Dame vom Hals zu schaffen. Es gelingt ihr aber trotzdem, in Hardys Wohnung einzubrechen, was Verwicklungen schafft, für die die äußerst eifersüchtige Mrs. Hardy kein Verständnis aufbringt.

The power and fortune of the Von Essenbeck family remained intact even when Germany lost the great war and during the depression that followed. Now it's 1934 and the baron has summoned his family to a dinner that also brings a cousin rising in the Nazi party to the great house accompanied by a rising manager at the baron's company. Two little girls recite poetry in the parlor and then play hide-and-seek with their cousin Martin. Suddenly there is a scream. The baron has been shot with their father's gun and the father flees the country.

Vom polnischen Gdingen aus sticht sie – begleitet von einem Kreuzer und mehreren Zerstörern – in See Richtung Atlantik. Doch die Geheimoperation ‘Rheinübung’ steht von Anfang an unter keinem guten Stern: Bereits am dritten Tag wird die Bismarck entdeckt und an die britische Admiralität verraten, die wiederum umgehend ihre stärksten Schiffe mobilisiert. ‘Versenkt die Bismarck!’, so lautet Churchills Befehl, als er erfährt, dass es dem deutschen Schlachtschiff gelungen ist, die britische Nordseeblockade zu überlisten und in den Atlantik durchzubrechen. Die Jagd beginnt. Der erste Gegner, der sich der Bismarck vor Island in den Weg stellt, ist die ‘Hood’, das größte Schlachtschiff des Vereinigten Königreichs. Doch die Bismarck kann die darauf folgende Schlacht für sich entscheiden, nachdem eine ihrer Granaten die Munitionskammer der Hood trifft. Jetzt werden von Großbritannien alle Hebel in Bewegung gesetzt, um das Flaggschiff von Hitlers Kriegsflotte zu vernichten. Zunächst ist die Bismarck unauffindbar. Doch dann verrät Flottenbefehlshaber Admiral Lütjens durch einen zu langen Funkspruch die Position des Schiffes. Ein fataler Fehler, der nach nur neun Tagen das Schicksal der ‘Bismarck’ besiegelt. Die Dokumentation ‘Die Bismarck – Mythos unter Wasser’ nimmt den Zuschauer mit auf eine spannende Reise in die Vergangenheit und dokumentiert Triumph und Untergang des imposanten Schlachtschiffes.
