After two decades of musical partnership, Sinne Eeg and Jacob Christoffersen present SHIKIORI — their first duo album, recorded live in an intimate and atmospheric 150-year-old Japanese house-turned-concert-venue. Deeply rooted in trust, spontaneity, and musical telepathy, SHIKIORI is a warm, organic response to an increasingly digital world.

Throughout the last 10 years danish guitarplayer Jacob Gurevitsch has been devolping his own musical signature with the spanish guitar.
His door into music is a deep passion, a flair for romantic interpretation and a very well developed melodic understanding. His influences are many and with great diversity – a drop of Argentina, old italian movies and early morning forestwalk in Spain.

Jacob was born on 18 September 1971 in Barcelona, Spain. He was brought up in a poor family that lived in the El Raval neighborhood.

Jacob releases his debut Dan Carey produced album on Isand. Alon crashed with Carey while working on new music, of which an overarching theme will be limerence: the state of intense romantic longing for someone who often does not reciprocate. Those who have experienced limerence will know it can lead to obsessive thoughts – an infatuation that overlooks any flaws or, indeed, turns those flaws into an attractive trait.

There is an art to combining formal composition with the free grooving essence of jam band music.

Djesse Vol. 3 is the third record in the Djesse series by English musician Jacob Collier, released on 14 August 2020.

The critically acclaimed duo made their debut in 2018 with the album Last things on Oslo Session Recordings, which received international praise. This is the duo's second album.
