This is music to aid in relaxation, meditation and breathing. The mood is cyclic, moving from meditative to high energy and returning to meditative. The styles of music on this album vary greatly. The process in making, mixing and mastering each track was a meditation in itself. All instruments except the cello (featured in the heart of the album) are MIDI, played and mapped by Daniel Roeder. Jacob Yates brings the tracks to life with soulful playing that is completely improvised.
