Jean Solé nació en Francia en 1948, de padres refugiados españoles. Dibuja desde siempre y comienza a publicar en la prensa desde 1970. Colabora después en varias publicaciones y practica todo género de dibujo: ilustración, comics, caricatura, carteles…
