Bob Dylan and the RTR played two shows at the Warehouse in New Orleans on May 3rd, 1976. The evening show is sourced from an excellent quality soundboard recording. The sound quality on this is a considerable improvement over all previous release and can be considered definitive.

Malvina Reynolds was an American folk/blues singer-songwriter and political activist, best known for her songwriting, particularly Malvina was one of the great satiric songwriters in folk-she wrote Pete Seeger's hit Little Boxes and saw her songs sung by everyone from Joan Baez to The Searchers.

Most of us do not remember the sacrifices our fathers and their father made and how brave they must have been. I know my father joined at the age of 17 and spent 2 years as a tail gunner on a RAF Lancaster. I also know that all but one of my uncles served in various services and that 2 remained in Europe forever. My grandfathers both served in the 1st World War and my mother’s father lost 2 of his brothers at Vimy Ridge. My own father served for 25 years in the Canadian Air Force and for 4 long years worked as a bomb disposal expert on the Maginot Line. In many ways he never came back from the war.

"Whales & Nightingales" is a 1970 album by Judy Collins. It peaked at #17 on the Billboard Pop Albums charts. The album included material by Bob Dylan, Pete Seeger, Jacques Brel and Joan Baez, as well as Collins' top-forty version of "Amazing Grace", and the traditional "Farewell To Tarwathie", on which Collins sang to the accompaniment of humpback whales. The album was certified Gold by the RIAA in 1971, for sales of over 500,000 copies in the US.
