In 2004, it became obvious that Henry Hatfield’s original atlas wasn’t suitable for all current commercially-made amateur telescopes. Newtonian telescopes and astronomical refractors – for many years the only choice for amateurs – invert the observed image. The standard Hatfield Atlas therefore follows the IAU (International Astronomical Union) convention of having maps (and photographs) with South at the top and West on the left: an inverted image.

This Atlas presents an MRI-based guide to the diagnosis, treatment and follow up of deep endometriosis. Developed by professionals with a extensive clinical experience in the diagnosis and treatment of deep endometriosis, it provides a global overview of the disease, from basic clinical aspects of imaging diagnosis, to the correlation with surgical findings and histopathological results.

This text provides a comprehensive overview of the normal variations of the neck, spine, temporal bone and face that may simulate disease. Comprised of seven chapters, this atlas focuses on specific topical variations, among them head-neck variants, orbital variants, sinus, and temporal bone variants, and cervical, thoracic, and lumbar variations of the spine.
