Born in Porter, TX and winner of Season 11 of “The Voice” for Team Blake, Sundance Head is noted for his signature Blued-Eyed “Soul Country” and powerhouse voice. The son of 1965 hit-maker Roy Head (“Treat Her Right”) Sundance has been singing professionally in front of live audiences and slinging guitar since the age of 13. With numerous independent releases under his belt, musical accolades, and a bevy of life shows on the books, Sundance has completed a brand new album with iconic songwriter/producer Dean Dillon at the production helm. His new single “Leave Her Wild,” is available now on digital retailers and streaming platforms and can also be heard on Country radio. The full length release, STAINED GLASS AND NEON, on Dean Dillon’s Wildcatter Records is slated for release on January 25th.

By choosing to combine for this recording two complementary but distinctly different drone-based, immersive pieces by the legendary veteran composer and artist/film-maker Phill Niblock (born 1933, USA), and the younger, Berlin-based composer/violist Catherine Lamb (born 1982, USA), Norway’s Ensemble neoN creates a perfect sense of aesthetic balance. Loud is followed by quiet; what seems like random patterning gives way to orderly design; and the opening instrumental ensemble-setting is transformed by the subsequent addition of guest voices. Listening to both pieces one after another is like experiencing thesis and anti-thesis through the medium of Side A and Side B.

Their Dogs Were Astronauts is an instrumental progressive Metal and Djent band project from Austria which was founded in 2014. The music of the two brothers Denis and Leonard Roth, who both studied music, focuses on riff heavy instrumental music seasoned with catchy melodies. With the use of 7- and 8-string guitars they explore all the musical possibilities that these extended range instruments offer. The project is musically influenced by many different styles and genres ranging from jazz to fusion to some really well known bands in the scene such as "Animals As Leaders", "TesseracT", "Periphery" and many more.
