Love & Money is Katie Melua's 9th studio album; a stunning and personal 10 track snapshot of Katie as both an artist and human. Producer Leo Abrahams assembled an exceptional group of musicians with an astounding track record to complete the sound of the record. The album was recorded at Peter Gabriel's iconic Real World Studios, before Katie and Abrahams took the tracks back to his own studio in Leyton, built over a WW2 bomb shelter. The album sees Katie reflecting on her place in the world; the bonuses and challenges of being a woman in the music industry and the delicate balance of career and family life, all brought to life in a lush moment of personal acceptance and catharsis. Katie will be facing some of these challenges on her UK & EU tour this April through May, which she is set to complete as a new mother following the birth of her first child.

'Live at the Royal Albert Hall' is Katie Melua's third live album, recorded at the Royal Albert Hall, London on 16th May 2023 to a sold-out audience. Bookending Katie's 'Love & Money' tour in 2023, promoting her ninth studio album of the same name, 'Live at the Royal Albert Hall' is a celebration of her remarkable 20-year career to date. Initially postponed from 2020 due to the global pandemic, the concert was the fulfilment of a long-held personal ambition of Katie's. The 21-track setlist takes in beautiful live renditions of some of Katie's best-loved and classic songs, including 'The Closest Thing To Crazy', 'I Cried For You' and 'Nine Million Bicycles', as well as the first live recordings of newer songs like 'Golden Record' and 'Quiet Moves'.

Born in Budapest, the drummer and bandleader of German descent László (Leslie) Mandoki belonged to the 1970s' student opposition in communist Hungary. Far beyond the system-conform mainstream, his Jazz-Rock formation "JAM" symbolized the longing for a free world. In 1975, he was forced to leave the country because of governmental repression. Accompanied by his two closest friends, László Bencker and Gábor Csupó, their flight was followed by a long odyssey. On his quest for freedom, he found more than that: a new home - in Germany.

This CD invokes the presence of the divine mother. I listend to this CD while at a week long silent meditation retreat. It filled me with a gentle joy, peace and immense loving kindness. It is very calming, gentle and nurturing. It features the following songs: Ganesh Invocation, Devi Prayer and Lalitha Ashtotram, which is a Sanskrit mantra of the 108 sacred names of the mother divine. ~ Brad VanAuken
