The contemporary female flamenco voice most recognized is that of Spanish singer Carmen Pacheco Rodríguez (Linares, 1951) aka Carmen 'Linares'. Carmen is definitely one of the greatest flamenco singers with knowledge and mastery of flamenco styles in the line of 'Niña de los Peines'. This album was recorded live during the international show of Carmen ('Desde el alma') in her action at Colina (Germany) in 1992.
