A boy is kidnapped and murdered on the French riviera. The police, who had watched the delivery of the ransom to TWO men gives chase once they determine that the boy is dead. The police never loses sight of the TWO men who flee on a speedboat and run into an old lighthouse after landing. However, when the police surrounds the lighthouse, THREE men come out, each one claiming that he was there on a stroll and the following investigation can not determine who is lying. The three men are put on trial, but the jury finds them innocent, because they can not determine which two are guilty. Summary justice is made by a mob when the three men leave the court after their aquittal.

Des experts étudient une tablette de pierre datant de plus de 2000 ans. L'histoire gravée sur cette tablette est des plus étonnantes : elle évoque la vie d'un messie ayant vécu avant le Christ, mort et ressuscité lui aussi au bout de trois jours.

Le 19 décembre, Mikko Franck et l'Orchestre Philharmonique de Radio France transforment l'Auditorium de Radio France en un foyer chaleureux habité par l'esprit de Noël. Pour ce faire, l'ensemble a mis au point un programme mêlant musiques françaises et russes, compositions baroques, chants populaires et inspirations jazzy. Un potpourri chamarré qui donne la part belle à Tchaïkovski, Haendel, Saint-Saëns ou encore Anderson. Un véritable appel à la joie et au partage auquel participent le Chœur de Radio France et la Maîtrise de Radio France, respectivement dirigés par Lionel Sow et Sofi Jeannin. Pour compléter le tableau, six jeunes solistes sont aussi de la fête : Blandine Arnould (soprano), Manna Ito (soprano), Sarah Dewald (alto), Brigitte Vinson (alto), Jeremy Palumbo (ténor) et Patrick Radelet (basse).
