is the first of a planned six-issue limited series collecting the backup stories of the title character as they originally appeared in the 1960's Marvel title and other early Thor titles. This issue, released May 13, 2009, collects the "Tales of Asgard" backup stories from #97-104 from remastered reprints. I grew up on Stan Lee and Jack Kirby and imho, nobody can, or shall ever beat, the tandem in portraying the original Marvel Superheroes in action.
