Adored by his students from the Conservatories of Lyon and Paris, Denis Pascal nonetheless continues a great personal career making him approach many composers. After a very noticed first album devoted to Schubert, here is a second volume in which the closeness of this pianist is attached to this particular universe where it is question, as he writes so well in his presentation text, "of an obsessive evocation of the passage of time, of the impossibility to realize itself, to grasp a little of our life, like the water of the stream, like love ”. Multi-reed player/saxophonist Denis Solee has lived in Nashville since 1974. Interested and skilled in all types of music, he has played in military bands, symphony orchestras, Broadway shows, big bands, and small groups. He has appeared on radio, TV, films, and recordings for artists from Ray Stevens to Ray Charles; Mel Tillis to Mel Torme; Louis Bellson, Sammy Davis, Jr., Sarah Vaughn, Amy Grant, Liberace, Aretha Franklin…. and the list goes on.
