To The Moon And The Sun is the name of the reggae captain's 2019 longplayer around Captain Tom Lugo, who have been traveling to new galaxies in the reggae universe for two decades with their Spaceship Jamaram. In contrast to the previous habit of the colorful mix of styles from everything that goes into the leg on the previous albums, Jamaram have put their musical focus on reggae on the long player »To The Moon And The Sun«, the varieties of Bassheavy Modern Roots, Oldschool Ska, 80s Dancehall about Spacig-Dubbige Tunes to songwriting centered material rich. The result is a multi-faceted but stylistically nonetheless stringent album that once again underlines the uniqueness of the Jamaram phenomenon.

When Sacred Bones first began their Mort Garson reissue project in 2019 with a proper reissue of Plantasia, the Garson-naissance began in earnest. Soon after, you could hear Mort Garson and his Moogs bubbling up on TV shows, documentaries, podcasts, hip-hop tracks, or anywhere else, the man a cultural phenomenon once more. Like a perennial that returns with each new spring, the Mort Garson archives have brought to bear yet another awe-inspiring bloom.

Mark has partnered up with some of the finest Hungarian musicians since Franz Liszt (had to look that one up, didn't really know any Hungarian musicians), a jazz/funk/soul/whathaveyou trio named Amoeba. Piano, bass, guitar, drums, cicadas (seriously) with Mark on vocals, sounding as relaxed and confident as he ever has, over seven incredible tracks. The band sounds effortless, and Mark sounds re-energized, it's a gorgeous album recorded in Budapest and Törökbálint in Hungary, and given to me, to give to the world.

The Dance Of The Moon And The Sun is a 2006 double compact disc by Mehdi Ameziane and Solange Gularte, a French duo who are known as Natural Snow Buildings. This project was self-released before it was reissued by a company so this one was made for the fans.
