This video was taped at the 38th Annual Convention of the American Vegan Society, at the Evergreen State College in Olympia, Washington July 28th, to August 2, 1998. Cherie Soria is founder and director of Living Light Culinary Arts Institute and author of Angel Foods: Healthy Recipes for Heavenly Bodies and The Raw Food Diet Revolution: Feast, Lose Weight, Gain Energy, and Feel Younger! Cherie has trained many of the top raw food chefs today, which is why people often refer to her as the mother of raw gourmet cuisine.

New version of the Paco de Lucía Integral, 27 CDs his complete work remastered. "Cositas Buenas", his last album, comes as a new in this new Integral. Now in a new economic format. This collection is a unique tour of the work of Paco de Lucia from 1964 to 2004. The stamp of Sabicas is present in this second solo LP, with ten Flamenco numbers written alone for the first time, with the exception of ‘Los Panaderos Flamencos’ and ‘Mantilla de Feria’ which are by Esteban de Sanlúcar. It is recorded with a different guitar to the previous records, now made from rosewood, black as opposed to the white Cypress.

On a large estate close to the city of his birth, Algecirans celebrate a particular saint’s day, which gives the title to this solo album by Paco de Lucía. Perhaps this is one of the albums that has had most impact on the young generations of Flamenco performers and creators of the last decades. For many this was the culmination of a process that coincided with the arrival of democracy to Spain.
