Tartaros is in Greek mythology a personified part of the underworld still under Hades.
He is allegedly so deep that an anvil that fell from the earth to Tartaros took nine days to reach him; as long as the anvil needed to get from heaven to earth. This mythical realm offers the trio of saxophonist and bass clarinettist Christoph Beck with pianist Patrick Bebelaar and drummer and tabla player Bodek Janke the ideal basis for virtuoso improvisations and densely intertwined collectives.

Patrick is an Emmy nominated composer known for blurring the boundaries between orchestral and electronic sounds.Coming from a film composition background, Patrick has always been fascinated by the transportive power of music. Inspired by his childhood home in Sweden, his debut album is a cinematic journey that explores the parallels and interplay between human nature and the natural world.His film scoring work includes writing music for Academy Award and BAFTA nominated feature documentary 'Virunga' and Academy Award winning Netflix Short Documentary 'The White Helmets' for which he was nominated for a Primetime Emmy Award.Most recently, Patrick composed additional music for the record-breaking TNT television series THE ALIENIST starring Daniel Bruhl, Luke Evans and Dakota Fanning.

Fall Out Boy frontman Patrick Stump continues his extensive work in the film/TV soundtrack realm with the release of “Spell,” which comes on Nov. 1 on Milan Records through Sony Music Masterworks. The soundtrack features Stump’s music from Crush Pictures’ psych-thriller, including the ballad “Deep Blue Love.” a soulful, blues-tinged ballad performed by Stump and recorded exclusively for the project, which you can hear below. “Spell” made its debut at last year’s LA Film Festival and will premiere in theaters Friday, November 1 and on VOD and DVD beginning Tuesday, November 19.

Dark Entries and Honey Soundsystem Records have teamed up once more to release the final volume of gay porn soundtracks by San Francisco-based musician and producer, Patrick Cowley. One of the most revolutionary and influential figures in the canon of disco, Cowley created his own brand of Hi-NRG dance music, 'The San Francisco Sound.' Born in Buffalo, NY on October 19, 1950, Patrick moved to San Francisco in 1971 to study at the City College of San Francisco. He founded the Electronic Music Lab at the school, where he would make experimental soundtracks by blending various types of music and adapting them to the synthesizer. By the mid-70's, Patrick's synthesis techniques landed him a job composing and producing songs for disco superstar Sylvester, including hits like You Make Me Feel (Mighty Real) , Dance Disco Heat and Stars. This helped Patrick obtain more work as a remixer and producer.
