Rael`s first album displays a music with clear references to Peter Gabriel's Genesis, but also some fresh spanish singing and sensitive instrumental sections.
Rael is a rock band born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, during 1986. They played music from their fave groups like Pink Floyd, Marillion, King Crimson, Procol Harum, Genesis, performing at parties and schools. At some point they decided to cover exclusively Genesis pieces, especially those from the "Gabriel years". The group had a quick expansion and they performed in the most important theatres in Buenos Aires, and also at the "Obras Sanitarias" stadium considered the mecca of local rock.
