The Many Faces Of Pink Floyd is a wonderful, truly stunning album… a 3CD labour of love, the likes of which are rarely seen on the market.
CD 1 contains Dark Side Of The Moon (in full) as interpreted by luminaries of the world rock scene (members of King Crimson, Yes, The Doors, Toto and Asia, among others).
CD 2 features ten key tracks of The Wall, two from Wish You Were Here and two psychedelic era classic quartets by musicians such as Keith Emerson, Rick Wakeman, Ian Anderson and British Psychic TV freaks, among many others.
CD 3 meanwhile, is even more spectacular, as it presents material from all the great musicians who participated in the group's record: saxophonist Dick Parry (Money, Us And Them…

"A Momentary Lapse of Reason" is the thirteenth studio album by the English progressive rock band Pink Floyd, released in the UK and US in September 1987, on the labels EMI and Columbia. It followed guitarist David Gilmour's decision to include material recorded for his third solo album on a new Pink Floyd album with drummer Nick Mason and keyboardist Richard Wright. Although for legal reasons Wright could not be re-admitted to the band, Wright and Mason helped Gilmour craft what became the first Pink Floyd album since the December 1985 departure of bass guitarist, singer, and primary songwriter Roger Waters. The album reached #3 on both the U.S. and UK charts.

A Momentary Lapse of Reason is the thirteenth studio album by the English progressive rock band Pink Floyd. It was released in the UK and US on 7 September 1987 by EMI and Columbia. It was the first Pink Floyd album since the departure of bass guitarist, singer, and songwriter Roger Waters in 1985. Unlike many Pink Floyd albums, A Momentary Lapse of Reason is not a concept album and is instead a collection of songs written by guitarist David Gilmour, sometimes with outside songwriters. It followed Gilmour's decision to include material recorded for his third solo album on a new Pink Floyd album with drummer Nick Mason and keyboardist Richard Wright. A Momentary Lapse of Reason was recorded primarily on Gilmour's converted houseboat, Astoria. Its production was marked by a legal dispute with Waters as to who owned the rights to the Pink Floyd name, an issue resolved several months after the album was released. Though it received mixed reviews and was derided by Waters, A Momentary Lapse of Reason outsold Pink Floyd's previous album The Final Cut (1983), and was supported by a successful world tour. In the US, it has been certified quadruple platinum.
