Italian symphonic power metal kings RHAPSODY OF FIRE will release their new album, "The Eighth Mountain", on February 22, 2019. The disc will be the band's first collection of brand new material to feature vocalist Giacomo Voli and drummer Manu Lotter, who joined RHAPSODY OF FIRE in 2016.

The album includes 14 classic tracks of the band's "Rhapsody" years (1997 - 2002) which results in a rich playing time of 75 minutes The band has sold more than 1 million albums with their first 4 studio albums alone; "Legendary Years" consists of songs from this period only, now available in re-recorded and sonically supreme versions. The group is born from an idea of Michele ‘Mikymetal’ Olmi (Chronosfear) with the help of Giacomo Voli (Rhapsody Of Fire). The basic idea was to build a symphonic power metal band by bringing together, between regular members and guests, all the best of Italian power. The first choice was to recruit the voice of,Rhapsody of Steel, Giacomo Voli who immediately accepted the challenge willingly. They were joined by Giovanni Paolo Galeotti on guitar, Xavier Rota of Chronosfear on bass and Davide Scuteri on keyboards

This 2-on-1 disc features two of Ray Conniff's best instrumental albums. Both were previously issued on their own CDs in 1988 but were deleted a few years ago.Recorded in 1958, HOLLYWOOD IN RHYTHM never sounded right on Lp. There was something wrong with the mix and the chorus was barely audible. Thirty years later the correct mix was finally released on CD and fans could finally hear the album the way it was supposed to sound. Fortunately, that same mix was used on this reissue. - Amazon -
