Filmmusik in ihrer ruhigsten Form: "Cinema Morricone - An Intimate Celebration" umfasst die schönsten Melodien des legendären Komponisten Ennio Morricone in entspannenden, intimen Arrangements mit Sara Andon an der Flöte und Simone Pedroni am Klavier, produziert vom preisgekrönten Robert Townson, der schon mit Soundtrack-Größen wie JohnWilliams, Hans Zimmer, Michael Legrand und Ennio Morricone selbst zusammengearbeitet hat. Ruhige Melodien aus "Once Upon a Time in the West", "The Good, The Bad and the Ugly", "Cinema Paradiso", "The Untouchables" und weiteren bekannten Filmmusiken von Morricone laden dazu ein, dem warmen Klang der Flöte zu lauschen und die Gedanken schweifen zu lassen. Sara Andon ist in der Filmmusik-Szene bekannt und hat schon bei vielen großen Filmmusiken mitgewirkt wie "Das Dschungelbuch", "The Fast and the Furious 7 & 8", "Tron", and "Wolverine". Ihr Begleiter Simone Pedroni hat die Melodien selbst transkribiert. Er ist Gewinner der "Van Cliburn Competition", gastierte in den großen Konzertsälen der Welt, und arbeite unter anderem mit Dirigenten wie Riccardo Charily, Zubin Mehta, Eliahu Inbal und Leonard Slatkin zusammen.

Alice Sara Ott's new recital combines Edvard Grieg's Opus 16 with a dozen of the more famous of his "Lyrical Pieces". His at first glance somewhat strange title "Wonderland", of course, alludes to Lewis Carroll's famous children's book "Alice in Wonderland", which appeared in 1865, the same decade in which Grieg wrote the first of his "album sheets" and his unabated popular piano concerto.

A collaboration between Portuguese vocalist-composer Sara Serpa and Nigerian writer Emmanuel Iduma, drawing inspiration from Iduma’s latest book, A Stranger’s Pose, a unique blend of travelogue, musings and poetry, with a foreword by Teju Cole. In a combination of music, text, image and field recordings collected by Iduma during his travels, Intimate Strangers explores such themes as of movement, home, grief, absence and desire in what Iduma calls “an atlas of a borderless world”.
