Fire in the Blood: The Definitive Collection, a massive career-spanning box set featuring the work of Welsh singer and songwriter Shakin’ Stevens. The 19 CD box set features all of Shaky’s albums as a solo artist, from his first signing and album on Track Records, to his latest studio album, Echoes Of Our Times and it also comes with four CDs of rarities. Shaky was a chart sensation in the UK in the 1980s, in fact, he was the biggest selling singles artist of that decade. Stevens enjoyed 15 British top ten hits in the 1980s and four UK number ones. In total, this set contains 266 tracks and notable inclusions are a live concert recorded at the Paris Theatre, London for BBC Radio 1 in 1980 and the four rarities discs are packed with B-sides, 12-inch mixes, two previously unreleased tracks and more.

Indeed he spent more time on the UK chart than any other artist during that decade, racking up no less than 27 top 30 hits of which four hit the top spot and a further seven breached the Top 5. He's sold in excess of a staggering seven million singles to date. A loyal, predominantly female fan base ensured 'Shaky's' success and it's one that puts him in with the Beatles and Elton John who can claim the same chart domination for the '60s and the '70s respectively. The Best is a compilation album by Bonnie Tyler released by Sony Music International. The album was released in 1993, and different versions were only released in France and the UK. The back cover art differs in each version while the front cover is identical. This compilation features another retrospective of Tyler's career. "It's a Heartache" and "Lost in France" are here, among other hits like "Total Eclipse of the Heart", "Faster Than the Speed of Night", "A Natural Woman", and the feature track "The Best". Some tracks also differ; the French version includes an extended version of "Band of Gold", while the UK edition features the Shakin' Stevens duet "A Rockin' Good Way", among other unique tracks. The UK version is cited to have been re-released on February 2, 1999. Meanwhile, the French version is cited on AllMusic with an October 7, 1996 release date; the album cover clearly proves the AllMusic title incorrect.
