No marketing hyperbole - this is how the players of the Orchestra of the Age of Enlightenment describe Carl Philip Emmanuel Bach and his music. One of the many children of JS Bach, CPE Bach always lived in his father’s shadow, and now is an almost unknown figure at least beyond the classical cogniscenti. How can such an unknown be considered a gamechanger? A listen to his music reveals just why – it constantly shifts, wrongfooting the listener when they least expect it with wild changes of direction and colour – it is bright, effervescent, and is a fascinating link between the music of his father (and the Baroque era) and Joseph Haydn (and the Classical era).

Muzyka Na Koniec is the 1984 album by Polish group Orkiestra Ósmego Dnia with Jan A.P. Kaczmarek. In the United States, the album was released on the Flying Fish label as Music For The End by Orchestra Of The Eighty Day. This was released on Savitor Records and is a vinyl rip.

The Dio Years is a 2007 compilation album by Black Sabbath, representing the years when Ronnie James Dio was the lead vocalist. This includes the two albums Dio did with Sabbath in the early 80's and when he returned with the band in the 1990's. This was released by Rhino via Warner Bros. on 3 April, 2007.

Subtitled 100 Hits Of 80 Years Of The Last Century (???), Greatest Hits Of The 80s is a compilation released in 2017, featuring some of the best hit songs of the 1980's decade plus a few obscurities you may have forgotten or didn't know about. What is also not known: why a Marilyn Monroe look-alike is on the cover promoting an album with 1980's music but perhaps it's a Def Leppard/"Photograph" reference, actual reason is unknown.
