MC5: A True Testimonial, also written as MC5 ☆ A True Testimonial, is a 2002 feature-length documentary film about the MC5, a Detroit-based rock band of the 1960s and early 1970s. The film was produced by Laurel Legler and directed by David C. Thomas; the couple spent more than seven years working on the project. The release on the video has been held up after many, MANY legal problems, and as of 2012, MC5: A True Testimonial has not been officially released on DVD.

Marmalade is one of those groups that just seems to endure. They are best remembered today for one record, their cover of the Beatles' "Ob-La-Di, Ob-La-Da," although they charted number one records and even Top Ten American singles into the 1970s. The group, especially as constituted up through the early '70s, had many sides, including white soul, harmony dominated pop/rock, and progressive pop, all very much like the Beatles in their middle years. However, it was their cover of a Beatles song, oddly enough, that weighed down their reputation.

FAITH NO MORE's landmark debut, We Care A Lot, which was initially released in 1985 and has been out of print for 20 years, sees an August. 19th reissue via Bill Gould's Koolarrow Records. The original 10-song album, remastered by Maor Appelbaum via the original reels Gould eluded to, is enhanced with nine bonus tracks including demo versions (taken from the original 8-track tapes) of "Greed," "Mark Bowen," "Arabian Disco" and "Intro," live versions of "The Jungle" and "New Beginnings" and new mixes, via Matt Wallace, of "We Care A Lot," "Pills for Breakfast" and "As The Worm Turns."
