GRANADA 49 faithfully captures a rare 1970's-era portable analog synthesizer by the now defunct Italian synth-maker Fesma. The instrument's classic wood-accented body echoes the popular aesthetics of the 1970s and its fat, warm analog sound cuts through the mix.

Welcome to our Solo Dhol drum library. The Solo Dhol contains over 5.100 samples and +100 different articulations, including sticks, mallets, brushes, hands/fingers, bass bends and more, all recorded in extraordinary detail in a close, dry studio setting. We deep sampled two professional Dhol Drums for this library, each with distinct characteristics and tones. These drums have animal hide bass heads (called "dagga") and maylar treble heads (called "thili"). They dagga sides are tuned with a single heavy nylon rope, wound around the drum through steel rings. The thili heads are tuned with a series of steel lugs and rods, typical of most modern percussion.

The Street Bukit is a deep collection of classic DIY (“Do-It-Yourself”) drumkit sounds that are found in improvised urban street performers’ drum kits. Common to cities around the world, you’ll often find street drummers playing an ecclectic variety of large and small plastic buckets, pots, pans and other scrap and found objects arranged into a rough sort of drum kit.

The idea of the washing machine as a piece of musical equipment, while not unheard of, has been fairly limited in its scope. Generally you’ll see the white cube playing a rudimentary spin cycle beat behind a mediocre guitarist who is only vaguely aware of the naturally occurring music which is constantly present in our modern human environment. The washing machine will play this beat dutifully, knowing that it isn’t respected for musical talent like its ancestor the washboard. We spend so much less time with the modern washing machine, than the folks of previous generations did with the washboard, that we’ve become coldly detached from it. The washing machine happily does all the work, never complaining, and still we complain about laundry day. If we just took a little time to talk to our washing machines we may find out that they are treasure troves of musical potential.
