The Beatles A Hard Day's Night

Live at the BBC is a 1994 compilation album featuring performances by the Beatles that were originally broadcast on various BBC Light Programme radio shows from 1963 to 1965. The mono album, available in multiple formats but most commonly as a two-CD set, consists of 56 songs and 13 tracks of dialogue; 30 of the songs had never been issued previously by the Beatles. It was the first official release by the Beatles of previously unreleased performances since The Beatles at the Hollywood Bowl in 1977 and the first containing previously unreleased songs since their final studio album, Let It Be, in 1970.

The Paris show is presented as is common for the period in a shuffled order with I Feel Fine Song but not introduction been added from the Afternoon Show, copying the reordered video and missing the majority of the original evenings I Feel Fine. The Illegal Beatles #16 states that the Paris show is from both shows of the 20 June 1965, whilst true , this is very suggestive that there is a good collection of both, rather than the replacement of a single song.

It's All In The Mind Y'Know is a 1996 bootleg CD by The Beatles. All of the songs are taken from their movies in some capacity, from songs not released officially on CD to specific stereo mixes from the DVD versions and more.

In my years of collecting metal and hard rock, once in a while I come across a band that makes me wonder, “how did they get signed to that particular label?” In the case of the band Love Life, this is a case of a straight-up commercial hair metal band being signed to a label that, for all intents and purposes, was known for alternative artists, and was founded by the guy who brought us L. S. Underground. This is like if Bon Jovi was signed to the Alternative Tentacles label, or whatever flavor-of-the-month pop artist being signed to Metal Blade. You get the idea, I hope. Concerning the “why”, however, this is found on the Blonde Vinyl Memorial site: “…it should be noted that Blonde Vinyl tried to be a diverse label, and not just an alternative label. When seen from that angle, bands like Love Life and Sass O’Frass Tunic fit in just fine.”
