Chuck Berry fanatics, your ship has come in, and it’s the Queen Mary — or maybe we should call it the Queen Maybellene. As you’d expect from the Bear Family label, which specializes in gargantuan reissues, this 16-CD, 396-song box doesn’t simply span Berry’s career, it embraces virtually every musical note the man has ever issued. You’ll find all of his released album tracks and singles, starting with an obscure 1954 recording and including everything from the Chess, Mercury and Atco labels, plus every surviving alternate take. Also here are five CDs’ worth of concert performances from 1956 to 1972.

"Howlin' At The Moon", the studio disc from the BUDDAHEADS, featuring premier asian blues/rock guitarist- vocalist, Alan Mirikitani a.k.a B.B. Chung King, is an outstanding collection of pure, classy, diverse, awesome blues/rock heavy guitar power trio joy. "Howlin' At The Moon" features 16 trax (78 minutes) of awesome top-shelf blues rock riffage from this amazing, gifted guitarist, that was recorded through the years. The music ranges from full-out killer blues/rock riff rippers, to classic mid- tempo in the back pocket blues burners, to cycodelic trippy hendrixy jams ("dance maria" is Alan's musical tribute to Jimi), to deep beautiful dynamic bluesy minor ballads and everything in-between. Paul Diamond Blow is a musician, spoken word artist, a writer and cable televison producer, kung fu master, punk rock star, and part time space commander in Seattle, Washington. He is rocks like no other with his sexy Marshall-driven brand of rocket-fueled hard rockin' glam/punk party rock. Born and raised on a steady diet of Kiss and Ramones, cut his musical teeth rocking in many a punk-rockin' bands (RPA, Suffocated, Berserkers) and his searing style of guitar play soon became legend. His current band the Space Cretins plays regularly in the Seattle area and he also performs occasionally as a solo acoustic "unplugged" artist, deeply in the vein of "Johnny Thunders on acid with a touch of Axl Rose".
