For the very first time, John Rutter CBE has arranged eight of his best-loved choral works for solo piano.

Bruce Marshall took up guitar in 1966 at age 12 when his father gave him his ¾ Kay acoustic. He grew up in a musical household, both parents and the 4 Marshall children were always singing, playing guitar and piano and their parents taught them vocal harmony at a young age.

In October 2018 Morrissey & Marshall returned to the studio in the middle of their tour of the UK and Ireland, Benelux, Scandinavia and Germany, to record an acoustic version of their debut album 'And So It Began'. Morrissey says "We had an overwhelming reaction to the acoustic release of our second record in late 2017, so we've decided to go back to the beginning and record 'And So It Began, Again? Acoustically. When we first moved from Dublin to London, and started writing these songs, our only tools were two acoustic guitars and two vocals. You could say that this is actually the way that the songs were intended to be heard". In addition to these new recordings the award winning duo have added 3 bonus songs.

Despite having never released his own album, Terry Marshall remains one of the most ubiquitous and influential individuals in modern music; this of course comes from the guitar amplifiers which bear his name.

Marshall Travis Wood was a short-lived band that, in my mind at least, burned brightly and then disappeared as soon as it had appeared.

This wonderful album of music written specifically for classical guitar by some of New Zealand’s finest composers features classical guitarist Matthew Marshall in a set of recordings made by Radio New Zealand producers and engineers between 1993 and 1995.
