All Samples Clearer is the 1995 album by Dr. Marcel Hall, who is not really a doctor but who is better known as the diabolical Biz Markie. This was his 4th and last album for Cold Chillin' Records, as well as his last effort for a major label. This featured the hit songs "Let Me Turn You On" and "Young Girl Blues".
