Phat Beach is the 1996 soundtrack album to the movie of the same name. Released on the TVT Records' hip-hop subsidiary Blunt Recordings, this features exclusive tracks from Chubb Rock, E-40, Def Jef, Biz Markie and ten others.

SOMM Recordings is delighted to announce the release of Gardens, Fables, Prisons, Dreams, eight first recordings of music by Penelope Thwaites paying homage to “the heroes, the witty wordsmiths, the dancers, the poets and the visionaries; and two great composers” who have influenced her musical life.

Wildfire assembles all three of the maverick visionary's late '60s Imperial albums: Born to Be Wild, Outrageous and Good Clean Fun, for the very first time on this double disc set. Includes such legendary recordings as 'Bubble Gum' (as covered by Sonic Youth), 'Wildfire', 'Animal Man'. Outrageous even graced the US Billboard 200 back in 1969. Featuring a host of musical luminaries, including members of Steppenwolf (the inimitable Mars Bonfire), the Bonzo Dog Doo Dah Band, the West Coast Pop Art Experimental Band and Three Dog Night, and a special guest appearance from the 'Mayor of Sunset Strip' Rodney Bingenheimer.

The Wildlife was formed by Mansfield musician Terry Van Auker, who had been in a band called the Collegiates. The original band included Terry on lead guitar, John Kinkle on rhythm guitar, Bob Ross on bass, Charlie Barker on durms, and Lou Basso as lead singer. After about 4-5 weeks John left for college and Tom Zinser, from Tommy Z and the Sleepers replaced him. In late '66 or early '67 a producer for Columbia, John Walsh, got a tip and came out to hear the band perform at Greter's Lake in Mansfield.

Maybe Monday is a United States experimental electroacoustic improvisation music ensemble comprising guitarist Fred Frith, koto player Miya Masaoka and saxophonist Larry Ochs. The trio was formed in San Francisco in March 1997 when they performed in a concert at the Great American Music Hall. They have since toured the United States, Canada and Europe, and released three albums between 1999 and 2008. Their music has been described as a "delicate mesh of electric and acoustic, ethnic and urban, tradition and experiment".

Thomas William Hill is a recording artist and soundtrack composer based in Nottingham. On one level a continuation of Hill's background as a film composer, new album 'Asylum For Eve' also represents a distillation of his work in previous projects Wauvenfold and Origamibiro. With the former, beats, glitches and found sounds sat next to melodic synths, while Origamibiro sees the use of a range of unorthodox processes and contraptions, found objects, video feeds and multi instrumentalism.
