This is an amazing double CD tribute compilation - to commemorate 40 years in the business, Kool & The Gang has teamed up and remade many of their top hits top to bottom featuring many of todays most up & coming vocalists and artists. I am quite surprised that this project has not made more of a splash in the states, yet…
Udo Dirkschneider has done a very cool thing and recreated the classic Accept album Balls to the Wall to celebrate it’s 40th anniversary with the help of some excellent friends, and it’s pretty damn amazing. Let’s start with Joakim Broden of Sabaton’s duet on the opener “Balls to the Wall”; what a great remake with a darker vocal style. The music is very faithful to the original recording, with precision heavy guitars, bass and drums punching hard, and great vocal duets.
40 years after the original release of the legendary classic album Balls To The Wall by the German Heavy Metal sensation Accept, Udo Dirkschneider (former voice of Accept) started working on reviving this classic.
"Balls To The Wall Reloaded" features some of Heavy Metal's most famous voices as guests: Joakim Broden (Sabaton), Biff Byford (Saxon), Mille Petrozza (Kreator), Nils Molin (Amaranthe & Dynazty), Michael Kiske (Helloween), Ylva Eriksson (Brothers Of Metal), Danko Jones, Dee Snider (Twisted Sister), Tim Ripper Owens (ex-Judas Priest & KK’s Priest) and Doro in a duet with The voice of Teutonic Heavy Metal.
