John Fogerty will release 50 Year Trip: Live at Red Rocks as an album on Nov. 8, followed by an exclusive screening of this concert in movie theaters on Nov. 11. Fogerty describes the evening as a family affair. "I've played Red Rocks a number of times over the years and it's always magical," he said in a news release. "But this time, to play with both of my sons on this amazing stage, will certainly go down as one of the major highlights of my life." Recorded June 20, 2019, in Morrison, Colo., 50 Year Trip: Live at Red Rocks includes 17 solo and Creedence Clearwater Revival classics – along with a pair of key covers: "I Heard It Through the Grapevine" and "Susie Q," the latter of which became the only CCR Top 40 hit not written by Fogerty.

Chronicle, Vol. 1 contains every one of Creedence Clearwater Revival's original 19 hit singles – including "Proud Mary," "Bad Moon Rising," "Green River," "Down on the Corner," "Travelin' Band," "Up Around the Band," and "Have You Ever Seen the Rain" – plus "I Heard It Through the Grapevine," which became a hit at the same time this double-record compilation was released. The compact disc edition is hampered by the inclusion of the full-length, 11-minute album version of "I Heard It Through the Grapevine"; its presence slows down the momentum of the collection considerably. Chronicle, Vol. 2 effectively compiles all of the highlights from Creedence Clearwater Revival's career that weren't on the first volume. All of the singles were included on Chronicle, Vol. 1, so Chronicle, Vol. 2 is comprised solely of album tracks.

Mercury Studios release Greatest Hits Live in ‘76, a live performance from Marvin Gaye recorded at the Edenhalle Concert Hall in Amsterdam during his 1976 European tour. Featuring 23 songs (LP features 22 songs due to space), this fantastic set presents a wealth of material from the course of his legendary career, including “I Heard It Through The Grapevine”, “Let’s Get It On”, “Inner City Blues (Make Me Wanna Holler)” (all 3 US #1 hits), “Ain’t No Mountain High Enough” and many more.
