A series of documentaries presented by Jonathan Ross, exploring various facets of popular culture and trends of modern-day Japan. Each episode of Japanorama has a theme, around which Jonathan Ross presents cultural phenomena, films, music, and art that exemplify facets of Japan. The series is colorful in both its creative use of subject matter, and its use of bright colors that helps accent the action on screen rather than distract from it. Ross hosts each episode in suits so bright and stylised they could have been stolen from an anime character.

The League of Gentlemen is a British horror-comedy series that's something like The Wicker Man crossed with The Young Ones (Amazon says 'Monty Python meets Twin Peaks').

The show is set in the depressed northern-England town of Royston Vasey, which is full of wonderful, memorable characters who are by turns sinister, grotesque and pathetic.

Each is played by one of the comedy team the series is named for - the League of Gentlemen (Mark Gatiss, Steve Pemberton, Reece Shearsmith and Jeremy Dyson).

The show is one of the blackest comedies out there. The Gentlemen are experts in taking you out of your comfort zone with bad taste and pathos, then quickly having you rolling around laughing at their cruel and dramatic humour.

Curiosity is a Discovery Channel show. It premiered on Sunday, August 7, 2011 at 8 pm. Each episode focuses on one question in science, technology, and society, such as why the Titanic sank, and features a different celebrity host. Stephen Hawking hosted the premiere episode entitled "Did God Create the Universe?" which aired simultaneously on seven Discovery Communications networks: Discovery Channel, TLC, Discovery Fit and Health, Animal Planet, Science, Investigation Discovery and Planet Green. Season one will feature 16 episodes.
