Joe and Cobra are both featured and it's a nice publishing concept considering the very large cast of characters of both groups, with new members joining regularly. Issue #5 this time delves into the many recruits of Cobra, their reasons for joining, ultimately becoming one of its faceless legions. Brooks with this issue rises to that promise bannered in so many solicitations before issue #1 came out, and Chaykin return to form. Perhaps the best of the series so far.
