It is the best album Clapton has made in 20 years and an absolute Must Own! The music is every bit as good as they say – deserving of the six Grammys it won. The depth of feeling that Clapton brings to this material, his respect and love for the blues, are not immediately evident with casual listening. The performance seems too controlled, restrained.

Caravanserai marked a new beginning in Santana' musical direction. Carlos played his wailing solos quite a bit less and let the ensemble take over-and what an ensemble.

Girl Talk has some of the most interesting, imaginative arrangements of standards I've come across. This is excellent, swinging jazz music. I play it on a regular basis just for enjoyment. It's an amazing sounding Three Blind Mice recording, one of their best. If you didn't know better you would swear it's a Direct Disc!
