« Le Bien-Aimé » dont il est question sur la pochette est bien évidemment l’ensemble instrumental formé par de jeunes musiciens américains dirigés du bout de son archet par la violoniste Alana Youssefian, mais ils ont baptisé leur ensemble du surnom donné à Louis XV, Roi de France de 1722 à sa mort en 1774. C’est sous son règne que son pays étend sa domination coloniale dans la Nouvelle-France, territoires américains de l’Acadie, du Canada et de la Louisiane. C’est aussi à cette époque que le violoniste et compositeur Louis-Gabriel Guillemain brille au Concert Spirituel et à Versailles où il est titulaire d’un important poste à la cour.

Born February 10, 1981 in Bathurst, New Brunswick, she studied piano and dance throughout childhood and made her professional stage debut at age eight.
