Goose Creek Symphony is the 1970 album by the Goose Creek Symphony. Released in Capitol Records, some had erroneously called it Est. 1970 due to the handwriting on the front cover, but that was part of the image, not the actual title. although it was given that title on the CD reissue. The band consisted of Ritchie Hart, Bob Henke III, Paul Howard, Mike McFadden, and Dave Birkett. This comes from a CD released in 2000 by EMI-Capitol Music Special Products.

Goose - Rick Mitarotonda (vocals, guitar), Peter Anspach (vocals, keys, guitar), Trevor Weekz (bass), Jeff Arevalo (vocals, percussion, drums) and Cotter Ellis (drums) - released their debut album in 2016 and quickly took flight, playing countless shows while steadily amassing a fervent fan following for their unique brand of irresistible songcraft, fluid musicianship, and spirited improvisational performance.For their 4th full-length studio album, Everything Must Go (April 25th, 2025), Goose teamed up once again with D. James Goodwin, who produced their critically acclaimed 2022 studio effort, Dripfield. Returning to his studio, The ISOKON in Woodstock, NY, the band pushed themselves to create another cohesive effort representative of their current creative output. Considered by Mitarotonda to be akin to a "mix tape" of the band's recent catalog, the album contains a blend of fan-favorite live staples and brand-new songs, sure to delight old and new listeners alike.

Goose Announce New Drummer Cotter Ellis and Upcoming Album ‘Ted Tapes 2024’.Goose has announced that Vermont-based drummer Cotter Ellis has been officially selected to fill the band’s empty seat. Ellis is a familiar face to Burlington, Vt. concertgoers, known for his work with Zach Nugent’s Dead Set and several other jam cover outfits that have taken the stage at Nectar’s. Fortunately for fans eager to hear the new drummer’s fit with the quartet, this news is complimented by the revelation of a new full-length project to be released tomorrow and Ellis’ 30-minute audition tape with the band, which is available on YouTube now.
