All Los Campesinos!

All Hell is the upcoming seventh studio album by the Welsh indie rock band Los Campesinos!, set to release on 19 July 2024 via Heart Swells. It will be their first album in seven years, following Sick Scenes (2017), as well as their first to not be issued by their longtime label Wichita All Hell is promoted by four singles, "Feast of Tongues", "A Psychic Wound", "0898 Heartache", and "Kms", a US tour in June 2024, and a UK tour in September.

This is first of two double albums that Argentinian band Arco Iris recorded, the second being Agitor Lucens V. I'm going to go out on a limb and say that this is an essential South American prog album in every way, quite stunning, in fact. Arco Iris combined elements of psychedelia, jazz (the excellent sax playing resembles early Crimson), symphonic prog, some Floydian spacy elements, and Andean folk in a stew that is not too far off from Jaivas' early sound but is still distinctive. This is too long an album to break down track by track, but it comprises a number of short pieces (occasionally a recurring melody pops up from the overture) and two long tracks.

The cover image of New Gods, the second album from Scottish indie folkster Dan Wilson's Withered Hand moniker, features the singer posing with an acoustic guitar, hand covering his face. A closer look reveals a K Records sticker prominently displayed on the guitar, the shielded upper-case letter an icon for the spirit of independent creation. There's a track called "Black Tambourine," name-checking the influential noise pop band and featuring backing vocals and percussion from none other than Black Tambourine's lead singer, Pam Berry.

Energized by their connections on previous tours in previous bands, the musicians of Keaton Collective set out to be their own DIY label meets band. Keaton Collective united to create an open forum for all of their material. Since the band's inception in 2009 they've self produced their own albums, booked their own tours and set out to create something different. Never holding back, their albums and performances have showcased a great diversity in harmonies, melodies and instrumentation across the spectrum of rock and roll. Since the band's beginnings they have released three full lengths and an EP and toured several times. Over the years they were named "Best Live Band" by What's Up! Magazine Readers in 2010, as well as opening for bands like Tokyo Police Club, The Head and The Heart, Cursive, and Los Campesinos!, amongst others.
