A harrowing glimpse into the brutal assault on partygoers at the Nova Music Festival - one of the sites in Israel attacked by Hamas on 7 October 2023. The human cost of the violence in Israel that day and the war that has followed in Gaza have been catastrophic.

Key is the upcoming tenth studio album by English singer-songwriter Alison Moyet, set to be released on 4 October 2024, by Cooking Vinyl. The album contains 16 reworked songs from Moyet's solo catalog - encompassing songs that had been released as singles in their original form as well as deep cuts - along with two brand new tracks. A world tour in support of the album will begin in 2025. The album coincides with the singer's 40th anniversary as a solo artist. Moyet premiered the first single, "Such Small Ale", on Vernon Kay's mid-morning show on BBC Radio 2 and BBC Sounds 13 June 2024.

Dr Feelgood offer a slice of punchy blues rock which confirms their place as one of the top live acts in the country. The release was recorded at a show in Caen France at Le BBC in October 2022 on the first night of a European tour.

The Baker Gurvitz Army was a British rock group formed in late 1974 by drummer Ginger Baker, formerly of Cream, and brothers Adrian (guitar) and Paul Gurvitz (bass), formerly of Gun. The band was filled out by vocalist Snips and keyboard player Peter Lemer. They released three albums between 1974 and 1976, the most successful of which was their self-titled debut, which charted in the U.K. and the U.S.

Aside from being a fine act on record, Renaissance were also a marvellous live band, featuring the sublime vocals of singer Annie Haslam. Although Esoteric's expanded Renaissance re-issues featured BBC recordings, this set comprises material previously omitted from these releases. 'Can You Hear Me: Broadcasts 1974-1978' includes the stereo radio version of the band's 1977 BBC Sight & Sound In Concert performance (recently discovered in the archives and issued on CD for the first time) and a previously unreleased performance for BBC Radio's In Concert from October 1978, both newly remastered from the BBC masters. Also included is a region free video Blu Ray disc which features the band's appearance on the Swiss TV show Kaleidospop from 1974 (previously unreleased), the complete 1977 BBC TV Sight & Sound In Concert performance & a performance of Northern Lights from BBC TV's Top of the Pops show. 'Can You Hear Me: Broadcasts 1974-1978' is a collection of wonderful live performances by Renaissance and is an essential addition to their fine body of work.
