1970 band Aquila's only release was this self titled album. In that year, founding member of Welsh proto-prog outfit Blonde on Blonde, Ralph Denyer, left that band to go it alone.

Joe Cocker, the white who sings like black, a great voice! privileged.

Excellent addition to any prog rock music collection.
With this second album, Frumpy strikes big and even bigger. Already, the debut album having sold in respectable amounts (partly due to their superb gimmix cover, this fully unfoldable round plastic artwork was even more impressive, but here the music on the wax slice was altogether more satisfying than on their previous effort.

THE BYRDS “BYRDS” (’73 REUNION)
The announcement of the reunion album featuring all five original Byrds raised expectations to the point where whatever emerged was almost bound to be an anticlimax. (Imagine the effect of the Beatles reforming around the same time, if you will.)

As a “Tronmaniac” it was inevitable that one day I would stumble upon the album 10.000 Anos Depois Entre Vénus E Marte by singer and keyboard player José Cid, this is Mellotron Heaven on Earth!

It's amazing and fascinating to know how FOCUS were (and still are) popular in Brazil. They are good and really deserved that distinction but I also realize that their first output came in a moment that part of the younger generation was eager to some new sounds, experiences and perspectives - a new focus, indeed.

"Los Vidrios Quebrados" was a precursor of the Chilean rock band, formed in 1964. They had influence of British bands like The Rolling Stones, The Yardbirds and The Beatles.

Kaleidoscope Men is the third studio album of the psychedelic band Los Mac’s, released in December 1967 by RCA-Victor.

At a time when many aspiring musicians drew inspiration from the Beatles and the Rolling Stones, these brothers set sail for Scotland in the hopes of making a name for themselves in Edinburgh’s burgeoning folk scene.

No musicians are credited except for the associate producer title given to keyboard player Larry Knechtel and retaining Bread photographer, Frank Bez, as well as engineer Bruce Morgan, who played an important part in David Gates’ First from 1973 (and who would engineer Bread’s 1977 comeback, Lost Without Your Love ).
