This book may be the most contemporary we have written in a while. Bento boxes are kind of revolutionary, but we want to make them more accessible and interesting to most people, especially if they wish to prepare these for their families. I think a lot of people get intimidated by the word “box”. Let’s clarify this, you don’t have to have a box per say to prepare a meal like this.
