As reported on SDE back in April, The Cardigans will release a B-sides/rarities compilation – in two volumes – called The Rest of the Best. These covers some of the bands recordings released as B-sides on singles, soundtracks and as bonus tracks on Japanese, French and UK versions of their albums between 1994 – 2006.

Since 1985, my work has appeared in a variety of publications, including: Super Lawyers, The Chicago Tribune Magazine, USAirways’ Attaché, Preservation, Family Circle, PAGES, American Profile, Michigan Living, The Writer, and Writer’s Digest. I’ve contributed chapters to The Complete Campus Companion (IVP) and The ASJA Guide to Freelance Writing (St. Martin’s/Griffin), where I wrote about making the transition from part-time to full-time freelancing.

Margo Smith (born Betty Lou Miller; April 9, 1939 – January 23, 2024) was an American country and Christian music singer–songwriter. She had several years of country success during the 1970s, which included two number one hits on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart. In the 1990s, she transitioned towards the Christian market and issued two successful albums. She is also known for her yodeling vocal skills and is often referred to as "The Tennessee Yodeler".

Performing first as Shane Fenton in the 1960s, Jewry had a moderately successful career in the pre-Beatles era, hitting the UK top 40 with four singles in 1961–62. However, he became better known for singles released in the 1970s and 1980s as Alvin Stardust, a character he began in the glam rock era, with hits including the UK Singles Chart-topper "Jealous Mind", as well as later hits such as "Pretend" and "I Feel Like Buddy Holly".
