Blackmagic Design has announced DaVinci Resolve Studio 18.5.0.0041. This software update installs the final release of DaVinci Resolve Studio 18.5 which adds support for new AI tools, as well as over 100 new features including text based editing, AI dialogue transcription, new cut page editing toolset, new Fairlight audio mix automation and Universal Scene Descriptor file support.

Blackmagic Design announced Fusion 16.1 Studio Beta 2. This update adds support for Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera presets in the 3D camera and camera tracker tools, improved memory management on multi-GPU systems, better interactivity and playback performance, improved render status indicators for saver nodes and support for ACEScg as a gamut option.

Blackmagic Design has announced DaVinci Resolve 18b3. This software update adds 2x faster object mask processing on M1 Macs and better smart bin recall on Windows.

Blackmagic Design has presented DaVinci Resolve 12.5.2 update for its professional editing and color correction software. DaVinci Resolve 12.5.2 features support for additional URSA Mini camera metadata, color space tags on QuickTime export, Fusion Connect for Linux, advanced filtering options and more.

LiveGrade allows to interactively apply color corrections to HD-SDI or UHD/4K signals going from camera to the on-set monitor – either by controlling capable cameras and monitors directly, or by using additional LUT box devices. No matter which setup you choose, this allows the production team to create, preview, and compare looks directly on set.

DaVinci Resolve for the Mac is the world’s most advanced color correction as a software only solution compatible with high performance GPU cards and off the shelf control panels such as the Tangent Wave™. Includes 32 bit float YRGB processing for all effects, power windows, tracking, primaries and secondaries and 3D object tracker.

Blackmagic Design has announced DaVinci Resolve 17.4.4. This software update adds support Blackmagic RAW 2.3, security improvements when working with Dropbox and YouTube and better processing speeds for clips with Fusion effects.

Video Slave 3 offers seamless playback of movies in sync to MIDI Timecode. Video Slave 3 works with all major DAWs including Pro Tools, Logic Pro X, Nuendo, Cubase and Studio One - or any other device that can generate timecode as a source. Video Slave 3 can be used either on a wired MIDI connection or through network MIDI.

Blackmagic Design has announced DaVinci Resolve Studio 18.1.3. This software update adds support for DNx Uncompressed and Sony Venice 2 file formats, new color selection options for Fusion highlight tools, as well as better Text+ performance and improved handling of audio effect dialogs.

Blackmagic Design has announced DaVinci Resolve 17.4. This software update adds support for Apple MacBook Pro models with M1 Pro and M1 Max chips as well as improvements to subtitling including support for more languages and layouts with Text+.
