Soon after a career of intense activity as a sideman in projects such as Richard Nant's Big Nant, Juan Izkierdo Grupo, and Juan Pablo Arredondo's octet, among others, and after finishing the Superior Technicature in Jazz at the Conservatorio Superior de Música Manuel de Falla, the young trumpet player, and composer Joaquín Muro release his first album as a leader: Oxímoron. For the recording of the same one, he summons the pianist and composer Pía Hernandez, the double-bassist Diana Arias, and the drummer Martín Freiberg.

Julián Mekler nació y vive en la Ciudad de Buenos Aires. Es egresado de la Tecnicatura Superior en Jazz del Conservatorio Superior de Música Manuel de Falla. Afuera del Conservatorio también aprendió de sus maestros, algunos de ellos fueron Gabriel Senanes, Ernesto Jodos, Juan Pablo Navarro.

En su segundo trabajo al frente de su cuarteto, el pianista y compositor Matías Dabanch demuestra todo su conocimiento musical en torno al Jazz Contemporáneo, basado en métricas irregulares aplicadas a la improvisación y la música escrita.

Última presentación de GATO NEGRO, el disco debut del trió Pocho Sabogal (Piano), Tomás Uriburu (Contrabajo) y Christian Dolberg (Batería). Un disco de temas propios en clave de jazz. Junto al trio los acompañará en saxo tenor como invitada: Camila Nebbia.

" 3kl is the first album from the quintet led by Argentinean born and Netherlands based composer and double bass player Ignacio Santoro. The quintet is compromised of four central figures from the fully renovated Buenos Aires jazz scene, Nicolas Boccanera (piano), Camila Nebbia (tenor sax), Sebastian Greschuk (trumpet) y Omar Menendez (drums) and it is fully committed to play Ignacio’s compositions.
