Jazz Hands is Bob James' third outing for evosound, following in the wake of 2018's Espresso and 2022's Feel Like Makin' LIVE. Produced by the pianist with his manager Sonny Abelardo, the ten-track album was mostly recorded during the months of the Covid pandemic and featured James in a number of different musical settings.

So with this in mind, we are extremely excited to announce our fifth ever (!) album release by international signing Purple Disco Machine. Opening the year with massive remixes for Jamiroquai and Gorillaz, PDM dropped his first single in 2017, 'Body Funk', back in May. It went on to become the #1 most played track on BBC Radio 1 that month and is currently still the second most Shazam'd song in Ibiza, second only to single #2 from the album, 'Devil In Me (Feat. Duane Harden & Joe Killington)'. The 13-track album is as diverse as they come; touching on traditional disco house, through to funk, soul, boogie, nu-disco and indie dance. It also features some jaw-dropping collaborators including; CeeLo Green, Faithless, Kool Keith, Duane Harden, and Baxter just to name a few…

2021 was a big year for Jimmie Allen, who took home new artist awards from both the Academy of Country Music and the Country Music Association, making him only the second black performer to do so at the CMAs (following Darius Rucker's win in 2009) and the first at the ACMs. There are, obviously, big expectations for his third album, Tulip Drive—the title of which, like Mercury Lane (bearing the name of the street he grew up on) and Bettie James Gold Edition (combining the names of his late grandmother and father), holds personal significance: It's the street where his grandma lived. Family and home are big influences for Allen, who tends to weave meaningful touches into his songs. "you won't be alone," a reassurance for his kids that he will always be there for them, starts with a sweet spoken message from his young son.

Working with writers and producers such as Alex Da Kid, and Sia, the album also features collaboration with CeeLo Green, Aguilera's co-star on The Voice. .
