vita is a musical with music by Andrew Lloyd Webber and lyrics by Tim Rice. It concentrates on the life of Argentine political leader Eva Perón, the second wife of Argentine president Juan Perón. The story follows Evita's early life, rise to power, charity work, and death.

The Decade box chronicles the ten-year period after I moved to New York City in the mid-nineties. It's the decade where I caught air, to use a sports metaphor. I wrote more songs, made more albums and toured more than any period before or since. Maybe it was the excitement and energy of living in a new city–I'd always been in love with Manhattan and it was a "pinch me" period where I couldn't believe I was finally living here. I went out constantly, fully embraced the city and nightlife and sights and sounds and that excitement came out in the music. It was that thing that writers always dream about, that state where you can barely keep up with all the ideas you're having. I didn't have time for writer's block. I was just a stenographer to the muse that wouldn't leave me alone or let me slow down.

Questioned about the origins of the project, David Gedge of The Wedding Present said: "Where do ideas like this come from? Well, I can tell you that this one was born during a soundcheck in New Zealand, in 2013, when the band were playing around with the main melody of the classic Bond theme 'You Only Live Twice'. We decided then that, one day, we should probably attempt to cover this amazing song. We ended up doing just that dur-ing the recording sessions for our 'Going, Going' album in Studios La Fabrique (Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, France). And that was that. For a while, anyway. During a later tour, drummer Charles Layton was driving the van and I was sitting in the front passenger seat. On journeys like these Charlie would often plant little seeds of ideas into my mind, knowing that I would go away, think about it, and then return with some kind of master plan.

A celebration of the multi-faceted British alt. rock/pop scene which flourished 1992-1998, midway through attracting the term Brit Pop. Compiled by DJ, curator and contemporary scenester Martin Green, who ran the London club Smashing during the period. Artists such as Blur, Oasis, Pulp were all attendees, and the club became a breeding ground for many future bands. In parallel Martin compiled and co-produced the genre defining Loungecore compilation The Sound Gallery released on EMI in 1995, using many tracks which had populated the early club sets. VOICES sees Soprano Siobhan Stagg and pianist Nico de Villiers present the first album ever to be dedicated solely to the songs of Richard Hageman. This album assembles more than two dozen of Hageman’s songs, the majority of which are world premier recordings.Although Hageman was feted as a film composer in the latter part of his career, he started out as a song composer in the mid-1910’s.

Karpman has won awards for her television and film music and has created several multimedia works that blend diverse musical genres and art forms.

Georg Eduard Goltermann was a German cellist and composer. Goltermann was born in Hannover. His father was an organist, and therefore he got an early introduction to music. He received cello lessons from Joseph Menter and in München and was noted there for his compositional talents. In 1852, after briefly touring Europe as a solo cellist, he became music director in Würzburg. In 1853 he accepted an offer to become deputy music director of the municipal theater Stadttheater in Frankfurt am Main, where he was promoted to Kapellmeister (Main Director) in 1874. He died in the same city.

The aim was to bring together different artists from different decades, old musical companions of "Fletch" as well as known artists across different genres and promising new bands who were influenced by Depeche Mode's sound.The 2CD set features artists from all kind of musical genres and 50% of all profits will be donated to a charity organisation for children in UK, and the Children's Cancer Trust in Germany, who officially partners to the project.
